Thank you very much for seeing my website this time.
So far, I have worked on the work of glazes blended in the original pillar.
Mainly, from the raw materials produced in Chiba Prefecture
from Regional Shirahagi and Karatsu works such as solo exhibitions
and others I announced and got the evaluation of today.
Therefore, we will further refine our skills gained through our creative activities
and Maximize experience cultivated as a pottery artist against a declining area
and a chaotic contemporary society I became strongly hoping to make it alive.
Since the inauguration club where I will be representative has been inaugurated,
I have been announcing annually since every year I was able to have 20 years
as soon as possible.
These have also supported the creation societies since its inception
I am grateful that it is thanks to the members and the people who visit the venue.
I hope to further deepen the artistic activities aiming at pottery rooted in the area
from that thought.From now on, we can convey “fun of manufacturing”
and “charm of pottery” to as many people as possible I hope to continue
and I will continue to burn my willingness to produce.

Joined the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers in Ghana (1985 ~ 1987)
(Republic of Ghana government office ceramic art technical cooperation)

A letter of appreciation was awarded by the Foreign Minister
(About an international cooperation by ceramics in Ghana)
1988
Open the Studio Amida kiln in Mimata Otaki-town Chiba
(research on ceramics using raw materials from Chiba Prefecture began.)

Graduated from Musashino Art University junior college design department
1993
Solo exhibition ‘West African Ethnic Arts and Ceramics’ sponsored by the Embassy of the Republic of Ghana
1994
First exhibition of ceramic works made from raw materials sourced from the Boso Peninsula at a solo show (Gallery Izumi)
1997
Announced Bōshū Shirohagi at the exhibition (Chiba Mitsukoshi)
1999
Recommended for promotion to the rank of sectional member in the Kokugakai

I have been holding the Sodo-kai Exhibition, representing the pottery organization I serve, every year at the Chiba Prefectural Museum of Art.

A sculptural work modeled after the melted debris of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, titled ‘The Demon I, II’ was announced.
